The MV Sydney can accommodate up to 120 guests maximum; depending on your party size and what you have in mind we recommend the following as a guideline for your Sydney Harbour Cruise with Sydney Princess Cruises.

Transfer: 120 guests
Cocktail-Style Menu: 120 guests
Buffet-Style fully seated: 70- 80 guests
Buffet Style informal: up to 120 guests
Formal dining: 60 guests maximum
Minimum 2 guests (dependant on season)

The MV Ocean Blue can accommodate up to 16 guests maximum; depending on your party size and what you have in mind we recommend the following as a guideline for your Sydney Harbour Cruise with Sydney Princess Cruises.

Transfer: 16 guests
Platter-Style Menu: 16 guests
Buffet Style informal: up to 16 guests
Minimum 2 guests (dependant on season)

The MV Jerry Bailey can accommodate up to 185 guests maximum; depending on your party size and what you have in mind we recommend the following as a guideline for your Sydney Harbour Cruise with Sydney Princess Cruises.

Transfer: 185 guests
Cocktail-Style Menu: 185 guests
Buffet-Style fully seated: 90- 100 guests
Buffet Style informal: up to 120 – 150 guests
Formal dining: 90 guests maximum

Private Harbour Cruise:
The majority of our Sydney Harbour cruises are private functions. That means you will have the entire vessel to yourself. When you choose this option you get to have your friends/family/colleagues only onboard which means you will not be sharing with any other parties. With this option, it also allows you to work with our friendly team to tailor a package that is right for you and makes for a much more personal experience for your big event.

Shared/Set Packages:
We do have harbour cruises where there are set packages and these are normally on special event harbour cruises. For example:

Other one-off type harbour cruises that come up throughout the year
The standard length of a harbour cruise is 4 hours; most guests find this is ample time for their event. If you require a shorter or longer duration for your Sydney harbour cruise please contact our friendly team to discuss options available.
Yes you are welcome to decorate the MV Jerry Bailey for your event, we ask you to contact our friendly team to find out what is allowed and when is a suitable time for you to come and decorate for your Sydney harbour cruise. As a general guide, we allow 2 guests maximum to decorate and we like you to use blu-tak as the main form of sticking things on. We are more than happy to arrange the decorations for you to save you the time and hassle of running around, just talk to our team and tell us what you have in mind.
If you are really concerned we recommend you consult a pharmacist for some readily available over the counter preventatives or consult your medical professional. For our whale watching cruises we highly suggested all participants do this, as it is better safe than sorry.
There is no age limit for your guests, we quite regularly have babies in prams and young families on board right through to grandparents in their 90s.

We do ask that all children be fully supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Whale Watching Cruises

We do not recommend you travel if you have any of the following:
- Injuries such as, but not limited to: neck, back, limbs etc.
- Are at any stage of pregnancy
- Babies or children under 4 years
Private Harbour Cruise:
Your dress code is up to you for your private Sydney harbour cruise, many guests quite often have a theme for everyone to dress in a certain style of clothing.

Shared/Set cruise:
With our shared special event cruises we ask all guests to dress in a minimum of smart casual so as to not offend others on their Sydney Harbour cruise.
Private Charters and Events

There are numerous places you can be picked up from around Sydney Harbour; we recommend the areas for majority of Sydney Harbour cruises to be picked from the Darling Harbour, King St wharf, Casino or Circular Quay areas. Please talk to our friendly team for an option that will best suit your guests’ requirements as different wharves are better for different transport requirements such as if everyone is catching public transport, hiring a bus, driving their own car and need somewhere to park.

Whale Watching and Sydney Harbour Discovery Cruises

Whale watching and Discovery cruises depart from Eastern Pontoon, Circular Quay
All cruises are set to go ahead if it rains. The vessels all have indoor areas.

For whalewatching if there are severe sea conditions we will contact you to advise of postponement.

VOUCHER REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

Please refer to the link provided from your voucher provider. These cannot be booked direct in our website.

(1) Choose a date from the calendar (available dates have a green background)
(2) Select time
(3) Enter number of participants, voucher code (code beginning with GRP, LUX not the security code) and full names for all participants
(4) Purchase any add-ons or leave as 0 (prawns must be pre-purchased and will not be available to buy on the day)
(5) Add any additional information e.g. dietary requirements
(6) Enter your full contact information
(7) Click “Complete Booking”
(8) You will receive an email confirmation in your inbox
(9) On the day show a digital copy of your booking confirmation – no need to print it!

Breakfast cruise: 8.15am-12.15pm
Lunch cruise: 12.30pm-4.30pm

2. Select the date you would like to travel on from the Calendar. Click a date to browse availability.
3. Select how many Persons in your group. NOTE: You must enter all participants 5 years and older in the Person box. Enter all infants 4 years and younger in the Infant box.
4. Enter each travellers voucher code, first and last name, contact number into the Person voucher redemption box. NOTE: Each person 5 years and over will require their own voucher. One (1) voucher code per person required. (When entering your voucher code please be sure not to enter an 0 as a O or vice versa or a 1 as an I or vice versa. Please be sure you have entered your voucher code as displayed on your voucher
5. Select any “Add-ons” such as Bucket of Prawns AND/OR Half Dozen Oysters AND/OR pre-purchase a beverage at a special price
6. In additional information, please note any Dietary Requirements or Allergies.
7. Continue to fill in all remaining required information.
8. If all information is correct you will be able to finalise your booking by pressing ‘Complete Your Booking’ on the right hand side of the web page.
*Please note the voucher has been successfully redeemed when a green tick appears – if the voucher is showing as invalid and is displaying a red cross at the end of the redemption box, you will need to correct your entry – please exchange number ones (1) for the letter I and any zeros (0) to the letter O & vice versa. Please be sure you have entered your voucher code as displayed on your voucher.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

We do not recommend you bring your own food onboard; you are going on a sensational harbour cruise, so why not let us take care of everything for you? We have a range of menus to choose from including light cocktail-style food, a range of buffets or fully seated three-course formal dining for your selection. Contact our team for menu options. We are sure to have something to suit your taste and budget.
NO, we are fully licensed and governed by the NSW Liquor, Gaming and Racing Board. We operate under the same rules as going to a pub or a club so no BYO beverages are allowed. All beverages are to be purchased at our fully licensed bar. We have quite a large range of beverages to choose from for you to enjoy on your Sydney Harbour cruise including soft drinks, juice, beer, wine, sparkling wine, spirits and more.
Yes, pre-paid packages are available for purchase and must be purchased by the entire group. Other options are to run a tab where you prepay a set amount and we serve only what you instruct us to or you have a full cash bar where everyone buys their own as they go along. Please contact our team for further information and options.
Yes, we cater for all of the above, we ask that you let us know if there are any dietary requirements at the time of your booking and a minimum two (2) weeks prior to your cruise. In exceptional circumstances, if you or one of your guests wishes to bring their own meal we are happy to accommodate them.

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

When you decide you would like to book your cruise with Sydney Princess Cruises we require a deposit payment from you to secure your date and time slot. The deposit amount will be what has been agreed on by yourself and our team as per your proposal that you would have received when you first inquired.

Once we have received your investment we will forward you an invoice to confirm all funds have been received.

Final guest numbers and final money amount owing need to be paid two (2) weeks prior to your cruise. If your guest numbers increase for your Sydney Harbour cruise after this date you can notify us and the additional balance must be paid for at the same time.
If your guest numbers decrease for some reason after you have confirmed and paid for your final numbers we cannot refund you as orders will already have taken place for catering and staffing.
