FAQ

WHALE GUARANTEE

Our success rate in seeing whales is approximately 90-95%. As whales are wild animals we cannot guarantee that whales are sighted on all cruises although it is rare that whales are not sighted. In the unfortunate instance where whales are not sighted guests will be offered a return cruise on a stand-by basis FOC. This cannot be exchanged for money and refunds are not given and guests will be issued with a voucher that is valid for 3 years.

The definition of seeing whales will be seeing at least one whale with a confirmed sighting of at least 2 occasions and every attempt will be made to approach that whale, the captain and crew will have the final say on whether the sighting was satisfactory.
This sightings guarantee does not apply to tickets purchased at less than 50% retail cost, unless stated on the ticket.
